Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 456

Hi,

I have a problem. After migration to new data center in ERP system I see an warning "Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 456".
dev_w1 show:

I know that the program SAPLSCMS_FE_RFC is related to Content Server.
How to resolve this problem?
