Hello,
I am looking for information from someone who has actual experience extracting using the the following 2 CRM extractors:
0CRM_TSS_DTRACK
0CRM_TSS_PKYF
There is sparse information in a few OSS notes and in some Help documentation that has not helped. We still get 0 records in the extractor checker.
Hi all, this may be too late based on the posted dates, but this is a current issue for me that I have found solution for now and I will post up anyways same thing. There is very little documentation so hopefully this is helpful for whoever else has unique requirements to use this delivered functionality.

Finally I am able to find a solution to this problem and now my system is tracking all status changes and providing me detail conveniantely on duration and time between status changes.
There are some table entries that need to be created plus a couple notes that will help. This applies to people who are not getting any data whatsoever in their CRMD_TSS_DTRACK table or 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK extractor.
Goto transaction --> SMW3FDCUST and make the following entries:
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Notification (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
and
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Notification Multiple (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
and
BDoc Type BUS_TRANS_MSG
Context mBDoc Initial Load (additional calls)
Sequence 50
Service Function CRM_UPLOAD_BW_TSS_DTRACK_SRV
To also ensure your statuses are being captured after all your configurations have been made, be sure that for these 2 key notes you have the approriate corrections existing in your system:
1024652 - This ensures your custom statuses groups are captured in table and extractor (once you have enhanced it of course)
1239530 - Ensures that all status changes are captured according to your configurations

It appears that whatever the current status is it is not captured as a record in the extractor. When it become closed/final....that is the last "current" status. I think it has something to do with the calculation of Duration.
Will come back shortly with more info....need to play aroudn with configurations....
Hi,
I too am trying to use the 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK extractor to track the Doc flow and have made the changes to the config tables and your suggested changes to the BDOCs. However, I am unable to extract anything from the DS in RSA3. Are there any other settings to get the initial load from this extractor?
Thanks,
Vin

You must "flag" all the business transactions (or activity types) for which you want to track the status of. Since status tracking can lead to a large amount of records in the lifecycle of a document (x N) you must explicitity enter what tracnaction types you want to track.
Follow this SPRO path and confirm you have entries:
SBIW -> Data Transfer to the SAP Business Information Warehouse -> Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (CRM) -> Define Extraction to Track the Document Processing Life Cycle
Then save some documents and change the status (use CRMDORDER)....then view the RSA3 extactor output to see if you are seeing results.
If you are still having issues...take a look at notes 1024652 and 1239530.
Hope this helps.

I am also trying to leverage this 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK extractor to track statuses for activities and service orders. But I am not getting anything populated in CRM table CRMD_TSS_DTRACK.
I have searched and applied a few notes to no avail. (namely 1239530 - Partner/Status changes not updated to CRMD_TSS_DTRACK)
I am working with SAP now. Their latest suggesstion is as follows:
"The delta upload will not be triggered if you prevent middleware from
sending out BDocs, please remove the flag "Do not send" for BDoc type
BUS_TRANS_MSG in SPRO path:
CRM
->CRM Middleware and related components
-> Message flow setup
-> Bdoc Type Settings
"
This has not worked either...I am hoping for a more positive result with my next interaction and I will update to this post. If anyone on this thread has any updates from their end please share. It appears that this is not a very commonly used feature in CRM and hence does not have a lot of information out there.
Kind regards.
