Interaction Record - Org determination

We are having a very typical issue with Interaction record Organizational data block. Below are the steps.

1) After confirming the account in Account identification, if I navigate to Interaction record then I'm getting a pop-up to choose the Org data (sales org, distribution channel and division) which is working as expected.

1) But, after confirming the account if I directly go to Agent inbox and reply to an email and then if I navigate to interaction record, Organizational data is not determining automatically. We have to enter it manually.

Appreciate if one provide insight on this issue.

Hi Kumar,

I don't know if you have any customer enhancements or badi implementations. But first, would you please refer to
KBA 1847536 - CRM IC: Ensure automatical assignment of confirmed business partners to new business transactions
and make sure you have followed the same.
