Insert Executing InfoPackage Problem in Process Chain

I have a problem about Process chain. I want to include an info package in the process chain and select a process from Process Types. But when I try to choose my infopackage from the list, a message appears : " no data " . Then I try to create a new one and another message appears : "Create an InfoPackage first in the DWB" and it takes me to RSA1 screen authomatically.

I have already an info package and just I want to select my infopackage with it's technical name in the list . But I can't. Pls help me urgently..
