Hi Experts,
Is there any possibility that we can define custom contact levels and how those levels are decided based on criteria?
I can understand that we can add levels and change the terminology of it as per requirement but am looking at how can we add criteria/filter to put contacts in each levels.

Is this custom logic applicable for cloud version? I don't see any Business Context from custom logic which can be specific to Profile Dashboard/validation status.
Could you please point out which enhancement option can be used for validation status?
