Profile Dashboard levels in Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

Is there any possibility that we can define custom contact levels and how those levels are decided based on criteria?

I can understand that we can add levels and change the terminology of it as per requirement but am looking at how can we add criteria/filter to put contacts in each levels.

yes, cloud ready. The link is to the cloud documentation.

Pls. use this. As per documentation in the code.. "* If you want to change any attribute value of an interaction contact's best record mentioned in table"

SAP delivers 4 validation statuses:


What It Indicates - Examples

Predelivered Logic - Which ID Origin Is Assigned Which Status

AnonymousValidation status is low, for example, a contact merely clicked an item on your web site.By default a contact's status is Anonymous.Self-identifiedFor example, a contact filled out a form on your web site, entering name and address.If a contact is anonymous and has at least one of the following ID origins:
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Mobile
  • Fax
Or at least 2 social ID origins (in the standard system these are Facebook, Twitter or Google+)VerifiedFor example, a contact clicked on a link in an email that you sent after the contact had registered on your web site. The contact is verified, since the email address has been validated.If a contact is anonymous or self-identified, and has at least one of the following ID origins:
  • SAP CRM Marketing Prospect
  • SAP OData Import Contact
  • SAP File Import Contact
  • Manual Contact
  • SAP C4C Contact
  • SAP C4C Marketing Lead
  • SAP Jam Member

Business Partner

The highest level of validation, for example, a contact is in your customer database.If a contact is anonymous, self-identified or verified, and has at least one of the following ID origins:

  • SAP ERP Business Partner
  • SAP ERP Contact
  • SAP ERP Customer
  • SAP ERP Company
  • SAP C4C Individual Customer

Thank you for the information.

Is this custom logic applicable for cloud version? I don't see any Business Context from custom logic which can be specific to Profile Dashboard/validation status.

Could you please point out which enhancement option can be used for validation status?
