Is it possible to raise a dispute case when the itemhas been cleared

Hi folks,

Our client has customers that pay there invoices and then dispute them; dispute management does not appear to allow disputes to be raised in this case.

Other than FBRA unclearing the item and then raising the dispute is there any other way of allowing subsequent dispute processing.
