Hi Team,
I am new to SAP cloud foundry and evaluating it with SAP HANA database. I am using trial account. I have created a new space and deploy my sample application. Everything is working fine. Now, I want to use SAP HANA database with it. So for creating new database, when I click on Tenant Database link under SAP HANA, it's opening a dialog box with parameters but everything is in disable mode. I am unable to create new one. Also when I click on Database system, it's showing me "No database system".
I want to know that how to create new database in SAP HANA? Can you provide any document regarding this?
Hello Kuldeep,
You will not be able to create a tenant database for HANA on the trial accounts in the Cloud Foundry environment as explained in the restrictions here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/d4790b2de2f4429db6f3dff54e4d7b3a/Cloud/en-US/d17a78913c87434b8b2a059d003...
However, you can create a service instance with the 'hanatrial' service and bind it to your applications. The procedure is detailed here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/d4790b2de2f4429db6f3dff54e4d7b3a/Cloud/en-US/b30272edebe4426da53931a3e7f...
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Manju

Hi Manju,
Thanks for your quick reply. I am already working on it and also I have bind a service "MongoDB" to my project. I have able to create new collection and apply CRUD action on it. It's working fine. But a task is assigned to me in which I have to work with SAP HANA database instead of MongoDB. So I have created a service with "hanatrial" and bind it with my application. It's connecting but I am unable to create new tables or unable to apply CRUD actions.
