BW_BTE_CALL_BW204010_E all experts please kindly help

Hi

i am trying to load data for 2lis_02_itm,i have filled the setup table and i have checked in RSA3 its getting data but when i am trying to extract it from BI its saying no data available idoc with status 8

I have checked the sm37 for the request and i got these details
