Activation of M records from DataStore object 0CCA_O01 terminated

I've brought data into the DSO's 0CCA_O01, 0CCA_O02 & 0CCA_O03. However when I run the process chain or try and manually activate the data in the DSO I get an error and the data wont activate. The error I get is Activation of M records from DataStore object 0CCA_O01 terminated. The background program that is created when I run activation also gives me an ABAP error. After reading several postings here I have tried to alter the setting in RSODSO_SETTINGS but this doesnt seem to make much difference either. I've also looked at various notes which recommended installing SAPKW70013 but we are already at that level. Has anybody got any ideas why the data I have brought in wont activate? Thanks.
