I tried to add properties in the interface of SAP Business One but couldn't. If I add the properties directly in SQL, would this be ok?

NO !!!

Rule number 1: No direct SQL to system tables.

Rule number 2: when in doubt, see rule number 1.

There are only 64 Item and business partner properties. If that is not enough you need to consider another solution. Please take a look at User Defined Fields, and User Defined Tables.

Johan

Hi,

SAP wont support if any data inconsistency in DB due to direct update/insert/delete of any tables.
