Netweaver Developer in different language

Hello

I would like to know how I can change the language of the Netweaver Developer to anything other then english. Are there language files that I can exchange somewhere? Has anyone thought of developers who would like a developing environment in their own language?

Hi,

You cannot change the coding language other than english.

but you can change the project language to other lang as SAP supported like german,spanish..etc.

So, when you actually developed your appplication runnable, then you can change the application lang to some other lang you like.

for ex: in your UI there is Title, textbox name,submit button or anything text based info that you give, can be changed to anyother language.

i.e called NWDS internationalization...at project level.

Thanks for your response. Sorry for maybe being to unprecise in my formulation. What I am looking for is an IDE in a different language. I do not really care what language the generated code is in. I would like the menus, help information and so on of the IDE in a different language. Is it possible to change the IDE environment into a different language then english?. Does anyone know if IDE's in other languages will be made available?

Hi Harry ,

SAP NWDS is based on eclipse which support different language by picking the language specific installation, but NWDS currently does not allow so as SAP specific functionality is not availalble in other languages thus it is restricted to english only .

Thanks for the input. Let's hope SAP soon releases an IDE that can be used in different languages.

I understood your question..

As for my knowledge goes and other infor I have, You cannot change IDE in SAP NWDS in to some other language.
