BO Publications - how do you only CC one instance of a publication with dynamic recipients?

Hello, I am sending a publication to a group of recipients via dynamic recipients. I need to CC myself and my team lead, but I am finding that BO sends one individual email to each recipient queried which results in my TL and myself getting an email for each. This also prevents recipients from being able to reply-all. Is there a way to group all dynamic recipients in a single email instance, and if not, is there a way to tell it to cc only once?

Don't you require a row level security to be applied to the report instance before sending to each recipient ? If not, you can try scheduling instead of publication.
