Overtime Approval in Positive Time management

Hi All,

We need to approve the overtime on monthly base.

After the execution of Time evaluation from Time Events(IT2011),generated ovetime needs to check by the department head and approved it,

For example: If one employee has worked for 20 hours for a month as Overtime, but department head decided to approve only 15 hours. This process will done only at the end of the month.

Will Attendance quota Infotype will help us to delimit the generated Ovetime. Or SAP has any other way to handle this?

Or is it possible to bring Time wage amount(OT Hours) to IT 0015 from ZL so that we can have control over OT?
