Retractors for Integrated planning

Hi ,

Can anyone help me with the documentation on retractors for the following

1. Co-Costcenter Accounting,

2. Internal Orders

3. Profit centers

I went thro' the CO-PA retractor , but I feel its a bit differrent for the above. And also , where does an ABAPer is needed.
