Restriction of Webqueries

Dear all,

Is it possible to restrict the visibility of comments for a webquery?

Also is it possible to deny comments on webqueries for a group of persons?

Thanks for help,

Andreas

    Hello Andreas,

the comments for a webquery are administraded as documents.

So you can restrict the access by using the authorizations for

    Documents from your BI-system.

    With the authorization object S_RS_ADMWB

and the resprective document class DOC_TRAN for

InfoProvider Data you can control the access to your documents.

With activity 03 you can only display the content and with

activity 23 you can create, change and delete documents.

    See http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/e3/ae133bdca84047e10000000a11402f/frameset.htm

    for more information.

    Regards

    Sascha
