BAI2 file- 9 record

Good Morning folks-

We have been experiencing some issues with a bank in the set-up of the lockbox functionality in requesting a BAI2 file format. Well we got the file format however the 9 record isn't right. The 9 record should be the total of 4 records correct?

What is the impact of the 9 record not totalling? Bad reports?
