How do I create a report chart with continues timeline

Dear C4C experts,

I have created a report in SAP C4C, that displays the number of opened tickets per day. I used a counter key figure as the column of the table and the "reported on" date as aggregation. However there are days on which no tickets at all were created. Logically my report in table form doesn't contain a line with the missing day. If I display as a line graph with the time as the x-axis, the days without tickets are also missing, resulting in a none linear time on the x-axis.

Therefore, is there any possibility to show days without tickets with the value 0 in a report?

Hi,

Make sure Show master data value unchecked for Reported on under Characteristic Properties of the report .

By doing this you can see only entries with transaction data created .
