Workflow Error

Hi Friends i m making a demo workflow in whcih i want to send a mail to the user to approve or reject the request but when i try to transfer to graphic it always give me the error that entry of my system entry that us the name of SAP system is missing in table T78NR

Please Suggest what can i do.
