How to add multiple recepients to a job

Hi all,

I need the job ouput to be received by more than one person by mail.

How do i do it.

Hello,

The standard behaviour for output determination allows to send one email

per partner role using medium 5 'external send'. Therefore you can

use medium 7 'SAPoffice' to send a document to a list of recipients.

The recipient can be internal (If the recipient exists in the address

management) or external.

Use medium 5.

Here you can send emails to a single email address. Also you

can attach your documents as .pdf files.

Use medium 7.

Here you can send your emails to a list of email addresses.

However, it is limited in that you cannot send .pdf attachments.

Only 'body texts' can be sent in the emails.

A solution could be to create several partner roles, each partner

with one own email-adress; run output determination several times,

each time with different partner (and email-adress). Although this

increases the amount of master data that has to be maintained.

Please review the following possible solutions:

1: You can firstly create a distribution list by going to SO01 ->

Enviroment -> Distrubtion list -> Create. This will enable you to

send to one address but multiple mail addresses.

Use medium 7 'SAP office',

in output record define 'Recip. type' = Shared distribution list,

select the distribution list as 'Recipient'.

2: Create several partner roles, each partner role with one own email

address; run output determination several times, each time with

different partner (and email-address).

anybody found the solution ?

I would like to know the same.

If we hit F4 we get several options and among them one is 'send it to distribution list'.

But i think this list is with respect to wokrflow.

So has anybody tried this?

hi,

I think in the spool receipent list, u can add number of receipents. Correct me if iam wrong. If anybody can help on this,it would really useful to all the members.

Hi

You can put the output of the job to a spool which can be accessed by many people and they can download it. Otherthan that, I dont think there is a way to SEND the output of a job to some user id.

Thanks , but this is not useful.

I will be specific.

In the job>change>step>editmode>printerspecifications>properties>coversheets-->receiver tab , I need to add an axtra receiver other than the existing one.

Can anyone please advise on how do i do it.
