Dear Gurus;

I have an issue with an employee whose salary has changed by the 26th of the month to be 2490 instead of 2000. The month is set to be 30 days

my PCR is

/802 Partial period factor 2

WPALL?FRST ID = FRST?

N

RTE=TASOLL Set

RTE-TSAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/30 Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

Y

RTE=TKSOLL Set

RTE-TSAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/30 Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

Whenever am running the payroll the system calculates the first 25 days correctly, however, the rest of the month should be calculated as 5 days (26,27,28,29,30) no matter the month is; but actually what's happening is that the system calculates the remaining working days. If we're in Feb so the system prorates the new salary based on 3 days not 5, and if we're in July the system calculates 4 days

So if am running the payroll in Feb the employee gets out of the 2490 249$ 2490/30*3

and if am running the payroll in July the employee gets out of the 2490 332$ 2490/30*4

So how should I write the PCR to calculate the amount correctly 2490/30*5=415

I've tried to make the RTE=TKDIVI and tried RTE=GKDIVI and it didn't calculate it right. So would you kindly advice me.

appreciating your guidance.

Best Regards;

Lobna
