We are using SAP Version 9.2 PL 8.
While using SAP using Web access if we open any document like outgoing payment and add some entries then system works properly. But if we try to close that document the system by using cancel or Close Button then system stuck and shows error server not responding.
Even if we try to use web access on SAP server then also there is same issue while closing document by using cancel or close button.
