Kapsel Offline oData, Mobilink Communication Error

Hi,

we have some problems with configuration of offline.After login in the app, we try store open, with the below code

I added the configuration offline on endpoints. It always shows the below error

I´ve tried with basic authentication too. But what I want is to get the service with the same login user.

I'm not get any error in the log

Comment: I do not have access to the service url through postman or browser, only via web ide or scpms with basic authentication and the user fixed. Is this caused by the cloud connector?
