Unable to fetch approvers from APPROVAL tab in ServiceRequest BO

Hello All,

I have a requirement to fetch approver from Approval tab and display it in OWL screen of ServiceRequest BO.

Approval tab is visible in every ServiceRequest TI screen.When Ticket is in approval, approver's name is seen in Approval tab. But I am unable to see where this data is captured inServiceRequest BO in Repository Explorer.

I have see the approval Tab EC but its datafields are also not bound to any fields of BO.

I have set direct approvers and there are multilevel approvals in the scenario.

Is there any way I can get current approver's name when ticket is pending for approval?

Dear Customer,

The Approval details like Approver name are not persisted in the ticket BO.
MSA relevant APIs are used at runtime to determine the responsible Approvers.
The MSA API used (in ticket BO, on click of the Approver tab) to get the approvers is
CL_SBPM_MSA_CONVENIENCE =>IF_SBPM_MSA_CONVENIENCE~GET_PROCESS_STATUS.

Report BTMAPPV01 -Approval Task Details can be used to display information on the approval task for the document enabled for the MSA.
