Dear all,
I have created a multimapping without using bpm as described in <a href="/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/12/04/xi-idoc-bundling--the-trick-with-the-occurance-change:///people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/12/04/xi-idoc-bundling--the-trick-with-the-occurance-change.
I am mapping CREMDM to CREMAS and ADRMAS.
However, after testing the mapping all I see in the target mapping pane, is the following structure:
- Messages
- Message1
- Message2
That's it! No internal structure is copied. Can anyone explain why or provide suggestions.
will provide points.
Greetings.
Hi,
it's because you didnt map anything to IDOC segment
map E1KNA1M to IDOC and it will work

OK, then can someone suggest what to do then.
I am receiving CREMDM with multiple E1LFA1M segments. This Idoc needs to be split towards CREMAS and ADRMAS. Previously I did this with a BPM. However, then only the first E1LFA1M came through.
Should I then use BPM with a foreach block step??
Please help.
Greetings.
Hi Hans,
If I understood your issue you are trying to split 1x 2 IDocs without BPM.
To split into several IDOC's you need BPM (you dont need BPM for 1 to N if it had been anything else but IDOC). 1 to N multimapping without BPM only works on adapter engine and of course IDOC and HTTP are not part of that. So you need BPM in your case.
I hope it helps
Cheers,
Ricardo.
Hans,
Could you please tell us wht exactly u are trying to achieve. Coz the blog doesn't deal with multimapping instead it will change the ocurrence of IDOC. so that we can geerate multiple IDOC's based on the input.
Best regards,
raj.
