My Appointments ends up with error "Enter an organizational unit (Sales)" upon saving

Hello Experts,

When I try to create an appointment in Fiori for a customer which is assigned to more than one sales organization, I get an error message "Enter an organizational unit (Sales)".The standard app does not provide a field wherein I could enter the organizational unit.

Is there something could be missing in the configuration? If yes, what could it possibly be?

Also, I face a similar issue in My tasks app.

Any suggestions are valuable.
