wrong calculation of cost for quantity more 20

Hello all

when we try to calculate cost during production order creation, system calculating correct cost upto 20 units. beyond 20 units system did't calculate activity cost,it is pickuping material cost only. pl let me know the cause for this abnormal behaviour of the system
