How to un-cancel a claim in gcrm?

I have a claim that has been marked to be cancelled and it is not allowing me to delete it. When I click the "display<> change" icon it does not change it to edit mode. It just tells me the claim is marked as cancelled. I cannot get this claim out of our system. Please any advice is appreciated.
