Former Member

Hi Gurus,

I am using a SOAP receiver channel, I actived this SOAP CC in ID , but when I go to RWB and goto Communication Channel monitor, found the SOAP receiver channel status is "Channel started but inactive" with a yellow triangle.

Our XI version is PI7.0 SP11.

Michal is correct.

it remains inactive until data is passed to it, then it becomes active.

because our external webservice is not ready, so I just faked soap url in SOAP receiver CC, I use ABAP proxy as sender, and processed one message, but when I go to RWB，SOAP receiver CC is still the started but inactive

In the integration directory, open your receiver SOAP adapter and you will find the option / Drop Down Status . Make sure that it is Active. If not make it active and then activate the SOAP adapter

Yes, the status is "Active" in the Status column.

Not in the Status Column. In the adapter configuration you will have an option top make the status as Active / Inactive , check it there , or is that what you have already checked?

what do you mean in adapter configuration? Do you mean in Communication Channel configuration? on top of the right hand side, there is a status which is grayed out? if that is what you said, then the status is "Active"

I meant the option Adapter Status in the receive SOAP adapter!

This should also be active
