Pl. tell me How can we assign HR personal Numbers to CS module, is there any link to integrate HR with CS.

There is small mistake in my question, here I need to assign Personal umbers to PS (Project Systems). Kindly give me iputs according to this

You can assign personnel numbers to PS in PA->Basic Settings->Internal Number ranges.Go to documentation then u can get an idea.
