S/4 HANA Project System Settlement Issue - GL not created for Company Code

Dear expert,

Has anyone encountered this problem in S/4 Hana? When I try to run settlement for COS/Revenue 93117000 (Category 31 - Result Analysis) , system prompts me that this GL account does not exist in the company code level. In fact this is a secondary costs account which is not supposed to exist in company code level. Any advice would be appreciated.

This is where I have configured my secondary cost. OKG4

When I try to run settlement at WBS level. System prompts me that this secondary cost GL is not defined in Company Code level.

If I go to FS00 to create the GL in Company Code level, it will show this error which make sense.

GL account already exist in Chart of Accounts level, I couldn't create this as a GL account at company code level.

Let me know if you need more info on this issue.
