infotype creation error

hi,when i am trying to create a new info-type in pm01(sap 4.7),i get a pop up message which says i am not a registered developer and asks me for an access key.what should i do?

Hi,

Customer infotype series is 9000 to 9999. If u try to create other than this series it may ask u for access key.

Dear salma,

Greetings!!

I have seen ur issue,its purely depends to the bassis consultant.i think so

u have no authrisation to do to create infotype.Eventhough in infotype creation

u should copy a infotype then u can change that infotype,but dont copy 0000,

0001 infotypes,those r standards,and evry customising infotype starts with 9000-9999.

Hi,

May be you are not authorized to do or you haven't entered the Access key during installation or you are not using the customer name range that is 9000 - 9999.

Inform your Basis person to enter the access key.
