'Acct. 120000 for trans./event key BSX, postable directly' error message

Hi all,

The MM guy is trying to do an MB11 (Enter Goods movement) with movement type 561 (Initial Entry of Stock balance) however, he is getting the following error message:

<b>Acct. 120000 for trans./event key BSX, postable directly</b>

When I double click the error, this is the full message:

<b>Acct. 120000 for trans./event key BSX, postable directly</b>

Message no. M7109

<b>Diagnosis</b>

The stock account determined automatically by the system is one that is directly postable. However, this stock posting can only be made to an automatically postable account.

<b>Procedure</b>

Contact your system administrator.

Can anyone help me with this? I would be extremely grateful.

Hi

I assume that GL account 120000 is your stock account.

Go to T.code FS00 and in 3rd tab at "Create/bank/interest" check the check box post automatically only.

Let us know if the problem still persist.

this account needs to be POST auto. only.... no other tick should be selected with this... it shld solve the problem....
