How to give Workflow Access to a User? How to update the Work Centers?

For authorization issues, check <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwmobile71/helpdata/en/ce/83c136ab8411d2a5f40060087a79ea/frameset.htm">this list of roles</a>. This is for NetWeaver 7.1 - you didn't say what version you are on, but you'll easily find the same information for other versions at <a href="http://help.sap.com">help.sap.com</a>.

Also, if you know the relevant authorization object you can find the roles using it - by using transaction SUIM if I recall correct. Perhaps your organization have their own roles.

There is a separate entry in the SAP menu (yes, the one vertically on the left side) for Work Centres if I recall correct (no access to SAP right now). In addition you can use transaction PP01.
