Settlement to Cost Center

Hi,

II created a new Internal Order Master data. I am trying to set up a settlement rule to settle it to a Cost Center. But system is not accepting when I enter CTR as category and it is giving error message.

Hi,

Probably, in the settlement profile attached to the order type does not allow settlement to a cost center. Check the following:

1. Check in the Order type T.Code KOT2 – the settlement profile attached to Order type.

2. Check in Settlement profile – T.Code OKO7, whether the valid receiver is Cost Center. If it says Settlement not allowed – you need to change it to Settlement optional.

However before making the change you need to analyze the Business implications on changing this, such that it does not impact other orders.
