not accepting pwd

Hi

I am trying to enter as a dialog user(xisuper) into IR ........but my system is not accepting my pwd.Getting error saying authentication failuer. Unknown username and pwd. Previously i was able to enter properly. Through SU01 I have reset the pwd but of no use. Still getting the same error. Even i have restarted the entire server. But still problem persists. Can anybody tell me how to sort this problem ??

Hi,

check in Su01 if the user is not locked

(click on the locker in su01 to find out)

the user might get locked due to 3 unsuccessful logon tries

Hi,

so create a normal dialog user (assign roles XI) and try with it

you don't need to log with this user to IR

use a normal dialog user instead
