Hi All
I am unable to save an attachment using Serices for ojects in ME22N and ME52N. I think this is because of the service packs they have applied. OSS note 1054279 actually solves this issue for ME52N but this is from 4.7 onwards and I am working with 4.6C. I could not find a note for ME22N though. I was wondering if someone can help me finding a OSS note for both ME22N and ME52N for 4.6C if any.
Thanks
Dear Vijay,
Refer to OSS Note 1020056.
Symptom
The Create option in generic object services (GOS) doesn't work for the change transaction of Purchase order and Purchase requisition(ME22N and ME52N).
Other terms
GOS, BUS2012, SET_UPDATE_FOR_GOS, ME52N, ME22N, Generic object services, BUS2009
Reason and Prerequisites
This functionality is not yet implemented.
Solution
Please do the below manual change and apply the code change from the Note,
1. Go to Transaction SE24 and enter the Class
CL_PO_HEADER_HANDLE_MM. Select Change Mode.
2. Create the method SET_UPDATE_FOR_GOS and Select Detail View.
3. Enter the text "UPDKZ for GOS in change mode"
4. Select the Visiblity "Private" and Method "Instance"
5. Select the "Event Handler For" check box and provide the date
Class/interface CL_GOS_SERVICE
Event COMMIT_REQUIRED
6. Save it.

Thanks for your response. 1054279 says that GOS does not work in ME52N after you applied 1020056. So I was wondering if we apply 1020056 we will still have the problem. And more over we have a different client with 4.6C which the GOS is working fine. So what would you suggest me to do
Thanks
Vijay
