responsible cost center, requesting cost center

can anyone tell me difference between responsible cost center and requesting cost center in internal orders.....

the name says it all... if a department requests other departemt to do a work.. and an internal orde ris created for the same.. then these 2 fields r used....

requested CC will be the CC which wants the work to be done... but the actual work is done by the responsible CC...
