"no plannable characteristic combination" in FM BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL

Hello Experts!

I am trying to extract Planning Book data based on planningbook, data_view, date_from and date_to. I am calling the BAPI "BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL" to do the same. I am getting the following message in the return table- "There are no plannable characteristic combinations".

What could be the reason for this? The planning book I am passing does contain characteristic combination. Any body who can throw some light on this would be greatly appreciated.
