Hi Gurus,

for the above data source how to restrict data according to CO CODE.

ther is no option at all.What is archiving run in this screen.

If you don't see that option you can't restrict it with company code.

You need to it with either Posting Data or Material Document.

Archving run mainly to Archving Data. No need to select that option.

i tried by posting date.I am getting error.could not able to proceed

no data for staring run exists- error message

Did Run Date to Future Data?

select New run checkbox as well. let me know your mail id you can send a screen shot of it.

In my earlier project i worked on IM Setup tables. i fiiled selectively using Posting Data only.

Look page no 9 its explaining how to fill setup tables.

Sam,

I have a Question for you. Do you have any Material Documents for Period 01.02.2004 to 07.02.2004?

Check in MSEG Tables by providing Same Selection on Posting Period. I Guess, You don't have any Material Documents in MSEG for that perticular Period.

ok good .now i have given only one day that is 2.1.2005.Ther r docs .i am running the job back ground.its taking too long.wht is the reason

Check the Job Status in SM37. Check Short Dump as well in ST22.Check whether you have any Free Background Process Available or not?

If it is only one perticular Day, you could have processed Foreground Instead of Background.

Wait for some time and Check your records in RSA3.

Hi,

You better fill the setup table without any restrictions. But you can keep restriction on Company code or on other characterstics in the Infopackage selection screen.
