    Jyotherswar,

Search for function modules in SE37 with 'Classification Group' = CL*

There are several useful BAPI's there for classification.

The Classification type in the material master will be always '001'.

    Hope this help.

    Hi,

Looking for a BAPI for me I found what I think you can use:

    BAPI_OBJCL_GETCLASSES

OBJECTKEY_IMP 2106-XXX-0066 (If numeric you need leading zeros)

    OBJECTTABLE_IMP

    CLASSTYPE_IMP 001 (001 popular in Material master.

    READ_VALUATIONS

    KEYDATE 07/03/2007

    LANGUAGE EN

    Hope it helps.
