was working fine in one dev client and then i transported it to another dev client and it isn't working.

Checked SWEL and the events are created as expected.

also ran it through test and that works fine too!!

is there any obvious problems that im missing?

How is it not working?

Are you using the Event Queue for this event linkage?

1) Go to transaction SWEQADM and check that everything is OK.

Are the workflows starting, but the work items don't show up as expected?

1) Check agent assignment in tasks.

2) Refresh buffers if you transported and assigned agents today (SWU_OBUF).

Are the workflows not starting at all?

1) Check that the event linkage is activated.

Are the workflows started and end up in status ERROR?

1) What's the error message?

looks like there is a problem between the event and the actual workflow?

1) The event queue is not on

1&2) checked the agent assignment in tasks and also refreshed the buffers.

1)event linkage is activated

and anything anything about the error message so that would be a no.

just tried to transport it again and it comes up with a list of 33 errors similar to this one looks like its haveing problems transporting tables:

Hi Liam,

The whole problem is coming from SWU3 in both servers.

First check all in Right Mark/Cross Marks.

Thanks and Regards,

Yes it is true that HRS1000 is not client specific. Follow Prabhakar's suggestion about checking SWU3.

If you are on a recent version SWU3 will give you some information about how to resolve problems. If you aren't, and you get an error for the HR control tables, try executing report RHSOBJCH. Execute the report, select all entries and "transport" them (press the lorry).

Go to your workflow and chek if triggering event is acive or not. Anonther thing before transporting always take care that you have define your task as general task.and do the agent assignment directly in that system.

Run transaction swu_obuf.
