Please use Badi: CRM_ORDER

This badi is general Order Processing Badi.

but i cant find any significant implementatuions in it. we are using CRM 5.0

You may look at BADI definition ORDER_SAVE which is called everytime any transaction type is saved in the transaction CRMD_ORDER. It has few sample implementations also so you can look at the sample coding.
