Time sheet approve using mobile app - SAP CATS

SAP Gurus,

We got a Requirement to configure Time sheet approval using mobile app with SAP CATS. Can anyone of you give some info on this?

1.Is HCM component need to be deployed on the ECC?

2. ERP should be on S/4 HANA or we can achieve this even we are in HANA Database?

3. Is it just SAP CATS configuration and fiori app configuration?

any related information would be helpful.

Ravi, the Fiori App for your use case is "Approve Timesheets", you can find more information at the below link.

This App is available for both Business Suite and S/4 HANA, which means you can implement this on ECC on HANA as well.

Yes, you would need HCM, CATS needs several HCM objects to function.

Even before doing the Fiori App, I suggest you get your CATS working in SAP GUI, there is a lot that goes to get CATS working. Once you have the CATS configured and working, Fiori should be straightforward, the Fiori Apps doesn't introduce any new functionality.
