Customer Complaints Mapping - Urgent

My client is a Engineering Company. They receive customer complaints which are divided into

<b>1. Onsite( Customer Site) Repair

2. Rework at our site</b>

I think it can be achieved by CS Module but PM Module is not going to be implemented.

Can u please explain how to map this process in SAP SD Module?

you can use CS even if you do not use PM.

In SD you can manage the good receipts only and the billing but not materials, labour and so on. So SD is not the right solution.

Hi sri,

You can try using sales document type ( order types) RA / RAS which is for Repairs /Repairs & service.Offcouse you need to have workaround to meet your requirements by using userexits for this.
