How to use Simulate model in product configuration?

and what is the function of simulate model?

Hi Rhesa,

You can simulate your product right from the product master in CRM.

Execute transaction: COMMPR01

Select the configurable material.

Go to tab 'Configuration'.

You will see the list of Models.

Select the Model and click on Simulate Model.

and what is the intend of DINACCES, speed, topology in that simulate model?

Hi Rhesa,

intend of DINACCES, speed, topology must be your configurable material characteristics.

You can select the values and see the configurable material generated.

You can even test your dependencies, constraints using simulation.

I would like to make Simulate model in product configuration, but i found message " PME Installation with error " so what should i do?

can you give me the example how making simulate of the model? i mean step by step after we have pushed the create simulate model button.
