Webdynpro connecting to backend using Adaptive RFC

7 Views

Hi,

Am creating an webdynpro application that connects to backend and executes an RFC. I have been following this http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/f8/bdfe80d9a3b048a5fb32a7d149774e/frameset.htm link for help.

I have created all intact, and deployed it. But am not able to get any output.

The only place my application differs from the code in the link is this:

Code given by sap:

/** Hook method called to initialize controller. */
  public void wdDoInit()
  {
    //@@begin wdDoInit()
    // Create a new element in the Bapi_Flight_Getlist_Input node
    Bapi_Flight_Getlist_Input input = new Bapi_Flight_Getlist_Input();
    wdContext.nodeBapi_Flight_Getlist_Input().bind(input);
    // Create new elements in the Destination_From and Destination_To nodes
    input.setDestination_From(new Bapisfldst());
    input.setDestination_To(new Bapisfldst());
    //@@end
  }

My Code:

/** Hook method called to initialize controller. */
  public void wdDoInit()
  {
    //@@begin wdDoInit()
    // Create a new element in the Bapi_Flight_Getlist_Input node
    My_RFC_Input input = new MY_RFC_Input();
    wdContext.nodeMy_RFC_Input().bind(input);
    // Create new elements in the Destination_From and Destination_To nodes
    input.setDestination_From(new String());
    input.setDestination_To(new String());
    //@@end
  }

I tested the connection also, its working fine. I hope my code is correct but still no output shows.

Could anyone throw some light as to what can go wrong.

Regards,

Sujana
