KE25 Can Not Retrieve Data Archiving

Dear Expert

please help my issue

I archive COPAA and it completely run until deletion job.

Then, i want to retrieve back the data using KE25.

I already choose "Data Source" and select option "Archive"

when i choose option "Archive Information System", i can not see the data, it seems like no data can be retrieve

But if i used option "Select File Manually", i can retrieve the data

FYI, KE24 has no problem like this, both of option (using Archive information System or Selec File Manually) runs well

Please tell me if you know something clue
