Hi,

While posting the billing dicument Iam getting the error like .Error in account determination: table T030K key SCOA JN6 A5.

(Here SCOA : Chart of Accounts.)

Plz let me know the Answer.

hi,

go to transaction code SE11 and enter the data base table=T030k

and then click on the display button

then go to utilites in the menu bar from there go to table contents go to new entries

and enter

KTOPL= your chart of accounts

KTOSL=jn6

MWSKZ=A5

and save it

Hi

Look into OB40 search for ur account key, click and enter ur chart of accounts and look whether GL account is maintained for the tax code or not.

Error in account determination is very likely because of assigning of GL accounts

in account determination: Try vkoa and Assign the GL accounts.your problem will be solved

This Error is related to Taxcode

Check in FTXA table, with your countriy e.g. IN and Tax code for e.g. A5, you will find that that for condition Type JN6 Account key will be missing

you can maintain the same as per your requirement in FTXP

alo check for this account key JN6 it is generally for A/R VAT Payable, account determination is maintained.

i think u have not assigned u r chart of accounts to the company code

try to assign them

and goto Tcode SM30 and enter the table name T030k click the button field maintenance and select the table then click maintain it will lead to a page where u can maintain
