How can i set the Agents

Hi

You can define the orgn structure with Positions, Jobs etc

or you can use the Users as agents

You can assign them as agents

Goto PFTC tcode

from menu

Additional data->Agen Assignment ->

you can assign here (either User, Position etc) as agent

so when the workflow is triggered, the work item will go to that persons inbox.

For Quick response regarding Workflow please use Forum Group SAP-Netweaver -> BPR Business Workflow

The question is not clear.

For what you need to set the Agents? (Workflow / Step / Task)

You can set Agents via Agent-Rule / Organisation-Objects / Roles-of-Users / directly by WF container Element etc.
