Fixed it myself. Specified a wrong port on the ITS host parameter.

Hi

I think ITS is working fine, otherwise i won't get Easy Access Screen in html na.

The problem i am facing is with the Trancation code parameter. What ever trancation code i give, it is displaying the easy access Screen itself. So how do i proceed.

Hello Basha,

You are giving the wrong ITS path thats why its displaying something else. Just enter the path mentioned above in ur portal system, then try testing the transaction.

Hi Basha,

Try this in the browser:

http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/va01?sap-client=100(XXX)

1) It will ask for the username and password

2) Enter the credentials and it should directly take you to the VA01 transaction

If it fails again, try this:

http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/vl31w?sap-client=100(XXX)

This should display the "Create Inbound Delivery NotificationTitle Create Inbound Delivery Notification " sreen."

If it faisl again, there is some problem with the way the ITS has set up. Check with your basis.

Thanks,

Sathya

Hi there,

Have you configurated the SAP System right at the Portal? Check the ITS parameters.

Hi Luciano

Thanks for quick reply. I have given the following parameters for ITS property

ITS Host Name:<hostname:portname>

ITS path : /sap/bc/gui/its/sap

its protocol : http

I could able to connect to the R/3 but my issue is that when i execute that Tx iView it is displaying the SAP easy access screen in html rather than the required trancation which i have given in the Trancation code. So can u suggest me how to get the required trancation screen in html directly.

Basha,

I've got this transaction: Create Sales Order: Initial Screen

I've tested here and everything is working fine. With 6 steps:

1 - iView template - create an iView from an existing iView template.

2 - SAP Transaction iView.

3 - Iview details (name, id, id prefix,...)

4 - SAP GUI for HTML.

5 - Choose the System e fill the transaction code.

6 - Finish

Does your SAP user have access to the VA01 transaction? Try create a SAP GUI for Windows Iview to see what is happing, if there is the same behavior.

I think that there is something wrong in the Portal System. Verify it again.

Hi Luciano

Yes SAP user have authorization to access to VA01.

It is working fine with SAP GUI for Windows but the problem is with SAP GUI for HTML only.

Hello Basha,

Check out the ITS path you have given. I suppose it should be <b>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui</b> .

Check this link

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/cf/917b401c976d1de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

Go to transaction sicf in the backend and cross-check the path.
